Wayne brings over 15 years of experience in professional services industries to his role as Chief Financial Officer of the GTC Legal Group.
Having worked across multiple sectors including law, engineering and accounting, Wayne has a depth and breadth of knowledge and skills that has seen him hold senior finance and C-suite leadership roles in Australia and South Africa.
As Deputy Chief Financial Officer at King & Wood Mallesons, Wayne was responsible for the tax, treasury, and accounting functions. He was also a Board-level Director and Group Chief Executive Officer at Cube Workspace, and spent over 7 years in various senior finance roles at ASX-listed WorleyParsons and Deloitte.
